Amanda Persson

Amanda Persson is a doctoral student in Information Studies at Lund University, affiliated with the Department of Arts and Cultural Sciences and the research schools ReSource: Transforming Reading and Source Criticism in Digital Cultures, NORDREN (Nordic Disinformation Resilience Network), and DICIT (Disinformation, Conspiracy Theories, and Infrastructures of Information). Her research investigates how algorithmic personalization on social media platforms shapes perceptions of masculinity among young cis men in Sweden.
