Amanda Miller

Amanda Miller is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at San Diego State University's School of Public Health. She conducts research focused on public health interventions in global settings, particularly sub-Saharan Africa.

Her research examines:

• HIV prevention and care in vulnerable populations
• Alcohol use and intimate partner violence relationships
• Mental health challenges in resource-limited settings
• Tuberculosis control among migrant populations

Methodologically, she employs mixed-methods approaches including qualitative studies, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and epidemiological surveys.
