Amanda Forest, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh's Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences. Her research focuses on social psychology, particularly how communication styles, self-esteem, and emotional expression impact romantic relationships and social support dynamics. She holds a PhD from the University of Waterloo.
