Amalia D. Kessler is the Lewis Talbot and Nadine Hearn Shelton Professor of International Legal Studies and Director of the Stanford Center for Law and History. She holds a courtesy appointment in the Stanford History Department and serves as Associate Dean for Advanced Degree Programs.
