Alyssa Rapp is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business since 2019. She has also taught at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business as a Lecturer-in-Management from 2014-2022, focusing on venture creation and executive leadership.

- M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business (2005)
Her research and teaching emphasize entrepreneurship, business strategy, and women's leadership roles in corporate environments. She designed courses including Global New Venture Challenge and Women As CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Executives & Directors, reflecting her expertise in startup ecosystems and gender equity in executive roles.
Rapp’s professional career spans multiple CEO roles in healthcare and technology sectors, including Empower Aesthetics, Healthwell Acquisition Corp., and Surgical Solutions. She has also served on boards of directors for Shore Capital Partners portfolio companies and co-authored a leadership book.
