Alycia Cramer serves as Director of Undergraduate Nursing Education and Faculty Fellow at Niagara University's College of Nursing, leveraging five years of academic experience and clinical expertise in long-term care, medical-surgical, dialysis, and ambulatory surgery settings to prepare nursing students through an engaging, supportive pedagogy.
Her educational qualifications include:
- Master of Science in Nursing Education from Daemen University (2023)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from D’Youville University (2016), graduating as a Sigma Theta Tau member
- Associate in Nursing from Orange County Community College (2010)
Professor Cramer specializes in developing clinical judgment and decision-making skills through evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and critical thinking methodologies. Her interactive, hands-on teaching approach builds student confidence in clinical scenarios while emphasizing compassionate care delivery across diverse healthcare environments.
She actively contributes as faculty advisor for the Student Nursing Association and holds leadership roles on key committees including the Admission Progression Retention Committee (Chair), Curriculum Committee, Appeals Committee, Program Effectiveness Committee, Policy Committee, and NCAA Faculty Athletics Committee.
