Professor Alsayed Algergawy is the substitute for the Chair of Data and Knowledge Engineering at the University of Passau since April 2023. His work bridges semantic web technologies and machine learning to enable heterogeneous data integration across domains.

- Active in DFG Collaborative Research Center AquaDiva (data lifecycle management)
