Prof. Dr. Alparslan OKUR is a faculty member at the Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education, Faculty of Education, Sakarya University. He holds the academic rank of Professor and is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic service. His work primarily focuses on Turkish language education, especially teaching Turkish as a foreign language, curriculum development, and educational methodologies.

Prof. Dr. OKUR has supervised numerous graduate theses at both master's and doctoral levels.
