Allison Superneau is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia. She specializes in surgical disciplines, with research interests spanning surgical case studies, mammary gland biology, and trauma surgery. Her certifications include ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, PHY, and is licensed by the Georgia Medical Board since 2023.

Research Interests: Dr. Superneau’s work focuses on anatomical surgical challenges, such as retrohepatic gallbladder case studies, and molecular mechanisms in mammary gland development. Her studies on PTHrP signaling contribute to understanding breast tissue biology and oncology.
Teaching: She teaches critical care and surgery courses including SURG 5020 (Acute Care Surgery Externship), ANES 5015 (Anesthesia Critical Care), and SURG 5005 (Surgery Critical Care/Trauma).
