Allen Salerno is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at Auburn University. He holds a PhD in British literature from Indiana University. His current research explores the intersections of masculinity and domesticity in Victorian literature and culture through the lens of loss. He teaches courses related to 19th-century British literature, poetry, gender studies, and LGBT literature. His office is located in 8058 Haley Center, with regular office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am–2 pm, and Wednesdays from 10 am–12 pm.
