Dr. Aliya Webermann is an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and a Clinical Instructor in the same department. She also serves as a Staff Psychologist and LGBTQ+ Veteran Care Coordinator at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. Her research focuses on military sexual trauma (MST), including VA disability claims processes, risk/resilience factors, and intersections with identity (gender, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity).
