Alistair Edgar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Wilfrid Laurier University and serves as Executive Director of the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS). His work focuses on international affairs through the lens of the Balsillie School of International Affairs.
Research Interests
Edgar's research centers on the United Nations, peacekeeping and peacebuilding initiatives, international security frameworks, and Canadian foreign policy. His expertise bridges theoretical and applied perspectives on global governance and conflict resolution.
