Alicja Wągrowska

Alicja Wągrowska is an Assistant Professor at the University of Arts in Poznań, affiliated with the Faculty of Interior Design and Scenography since 2015. She serves in the Design Drawing Basics Studio while teaching Presentation Drawing classes for first and second-year Scenography students, maintaining active industry collaborations with construction and furniture companies as well as major brands including Lenovo, Orlen, Sisel, and Perla.

Her academic foundation includes graduation from the Poznań University of Economics and Business, followed by artistic studies in Interior Design at the University of Arts in Poznań. During her education, she participated in the Erasmus program at École Européenne Supérieure d'Art de Bretagne in Rennes, France (2013-2014), receiving a dedicated scholarship under the Socrates-Erasmus initiative.

Wągrowska's professional focus spans Interior Design and Graphic Design with emphasis on private interior projects, commercial space design, and product catalog creation. Her visual communication expertise is demonstrated through brand collaborations and competition participations.

Scientific and artistic recognition includes:

• Two-time recipient of the Award of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for outstanding artistic achievements (2012, 2014)
• Distinction in the 'RHYTHM ŚWIATŁA 2015' competition for commercial space design
• Participation in the 90th-anniversary exhibition of the interior design program (2018)

As an educator, she directs foundational studio work and undergraduate instruction without documented graduate student advising or research grants. Her professional ecosystem centers on the Design Drawing Basics Studio and cross-sector partnerships for design implementation.
