Dr. Alicia Petronela Rambu is a Senior Researcher III at the Department of Exact Sciences and Natural Sciences within the University of Al. I. Cuza. Her research focuses on the fabrication and characterization of nonlinear optical materials, particularly lithium niobate waveguides using advanced proton exchange techniques such as HiVac-VPE and SPE. She specializes in optimizing refractive index profiles, exploring functional oxide materials, and studying thin films for applications in sensing, solar cells, and integrated optics.
