Alicia Helda Puleo García

Alicia Helda Puleo García serves as University Professor of Moral Philosophy at the University of Valladolid's Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, Department of Philosophy. Holding a PhD from Complutense University of Madrid, she has earned five six-year research terms from CNEAI for her scholarly productivity.

Notable honors include being a National Essay Prize finalist for Dialectics of Sexuality: Gender and Sex in Contemporary Philosophy. She has directed Cátedra Publishing's Feminisms Collection since 2014 and previously led the University of Valencia's Gender Studies Chair for 11 years, currently serving on its Board of Directors.

Her academic leadership extends to Principal Investigator roles in CSIC research projects and editorial board memberships for prominent philosophy journals, demonstrating sustained engagement in feminist philosophical discourse and institutional development.
