Alicia García-Holgado

Alicia García-Holgado is an Associate Professor in the Department of Informatics and Automation at the University of Salamanca, Spain, affiliated with the Faculty of Education. She holds a PhD in Intelligent Systems (Cum Laude, 2018), and leads the 'Responsibility and Social Inclusion' research line within the GRIAL research group. She is also an International Impact Researcher at the Universidad Nacional San Agustín in Peru. Her work focuses on developing technological ecosystems for knowledge management and inclusive STEM education, with a focus on reducing gender disparities.
