Aliaksandr Hubin is an Associate Professor of Statistics at Østfold University College (OUC), affiliated with the Section for Research Administration. He provides statistical support to researchers at OUC while conducting methodological research in Bayesian statistics, machine learning, and operations research. His academic background includes a PhD from the University of Oslo (2014–2018), a Master's from Molde University College (2012–2014), and a Specialist degree from Belarusian State University (2008–2013).
