Ali Nezami is an Instructor at the School of Foreign Languages (ScOLa) at Özyeğin University. He holds a BA in English Translation (2004) and an MA in TEFL (2004), both from Islamic Azad University, Iran. Prior to joining Özyeğin, he served as Head of the English Language Department at the Rasht Campus of Islamic Azad University, where he taught undergraduate courses in English Translation and TEFL. His research focuses on second language acquisition mechanisms, task-based methodologies, and the cognitive aspects of language learning such as attention and interlanguage development.

Nezami has extensive teaching experience in Iran, including roles at multiple universities and language schools, specializing in General English, Academic English, and translation studies.
