Ali Bardakoğlu is a Professor at Istanbul 29 Mayıs University, where he currently serves as Director of KURAMER (Quran Studies Application and Research Center). Previously, he held academic positions at Erciyes University Faculty of Theology, becoming an associate professor in 1986 and professor in 1994. He also served as President of Religious Affairs from 2003 to 2010.
