Alfredo Milani

Alfredo Milani is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Perugia, and a member of the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences. He earned his Laurea in Science dell'Informazione from the University of Pisa in 1987, where his thesis was awarded by Olivetti Inc..

Dr. Milani's research spans Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on automated planning, evolutionary algorithms, and applications in web-based adaptive systems and image processing. His work includes innovations in GRAPHPLAN, domain compilation, and partial-order planning frameworks.
