Alexia de Visscher

Alexia de Visscher is a Lecturer at the École de Recherche Graphique (School of Research in Graphic Design), specializing in Digital Design and editorial practices. She engages in artistic research focused on the evolution of books, collaborating with publishers, authors, and artists to explore innovative book architectures.

• Research interests include textual genetics, pirate libraries, and transdisciplinary approaches to publishing.
• Co-developed the Mondothèque project, examining the intersection of physical and digital book experiences.
• Current research (2023) on pirate libraries funded by Frart grant with collaborators Léonard Mabille and Alice Néron.
