Dr. Alexia Galati is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, leading the Cognition in Interaction Lab. Her research focuses on situated cognition, particularly how perspective-taking unfolds in social and environmental contexts. Key areas include language use, multimodal communication, spatial cognition, and health psychology applications.
