Alexey Cheremisin

Alexey Cheremisin serves as a Full Professor and Associate Director for experimental research at the Center for Petroleum Science and Engineering, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), while also holding the position of Deputy Head for the World level scientific center "Rational development of liquid hydrocarbon resources of the planet".

His research specializes in petroleum engineering with emphasis on rational resource development, encompassing reservoir engineering, hydrocarbon extraction optimization, and experimental methodologies for liquid hydrocarbon systems. This work directly supports sustainable management of global oil and gas reserves through advanced scientific approaches.

Dr. Cheremisin leads experimental initiatives within Skoltech's petroleum research infrastructure, focusing on technological innovation for hydrocarbon resource efficiency and environmental stewardship in extraction processes.
