Dr. Alexandria Wilson is a Professor in the Department of Educational Foundations at the University of Saskatchewan and Academic Director of the Aboriginal Education Research Centre. She is a member of the Opaskwayak Cree Nation with expertise in anti-oppressive education, Indigenous research methodologies, and land-based education. Her work focuses on two-spirit identity, social justice, and community-based initiatives to protect Indigenous lands and waterways.

Research: Dr. Wilson develops 'Coming In' theory to inform pedagogy about two-spirit identities and Indigenous feminism. She leads international studies on land-based education and co-founded a Land-Based Education Master's program. Current projects address two-spirit homelessness and Indigenous food sovereignty.
Advocacy: As an Idle No More organizer, she works to protect Saskatchewan River Delta ecosystems and advance Indigenous land rights. Her grants focus on decolonizing educational practices through community partnerships.
