Alexandre Cruquenaire is a legal researcher at the University of Namur, affiliated with the Namur Digital Institute (NADI), the Center for Research on Information, Law and Society (CRIDS), and the Law of Obligations Unit (UDO). He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Namur (2007) and combines academic work with a role as a partner at Lexing, specializing in IT and intellectual property law. He also serves as a visiting lecturer at UCL (Université catholique de Louvain).
