Alexandre Alahi is an Associate Professor at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), where he leads the Visual Intelligence for Transportation (VITA) laboratory. He is affiliated with the School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering (ENAC), the Institute of Infrastructure (IIC), and also contributes to diversity initiatives at ENAC. His research focuses on integrating computer vision, machine learning, and robotics to develop socially-aware AI for transportation and autonomous systems.
