Alexandra Oliveira Doroftei is a researcher at the Centre for Research and Intervention in Education (CIIE) at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, University of Porto, Portugal. She has also held post-doctoral positions at the Research Centre for Human Development (CEDH), Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Her research spans national and international projects funded by the European Commission, Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, and Porticus Global, focusing on equity, inclusion, and innovation in education.
