Alexandra O'Neill is a Visiting Professor at ISCTE Executive Education, affiliated with Iscte Business School at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. With a PhD in Business Management and Strategy from ISCTE-IUL and certifications in oil & gas, European, and aviation financing programs, she specializes in leadership, team management, and strategic planning. Her extensive 20-year career as a management consultant and department manager for large companies operating in construction, real estate, and healthcare underscores her practical expertise.
