Alexandra Müller

Alexandra Müller is a Researcher and PhD candidate at the Bioprocess Engineering Department of Wageningen University & Research (WUR), affiliated with the Biomanufacturing & Digital Twins research group. She holds a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology (WUR, 2020) and completed an internship at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology. Her research transitioned from metabolic engineering of microbes to addressing global challenges in biomanufacturing and the bioeconomy. Key areas of focus include interdisciplinary innovation, knowledge management, policy frameworks, and responsibility in complex scientific landscapes.
