Alexandra Landré is an art historian and curator specializing in contemporary visual art, currently serving as Artistic Director of Stroom Den Haag since 2021. She previously held roles as Artistic Director of Kunstvereniging Diepenheim until 2020, overseeing high-profile exhibitions such as Disconnection (2019/20) and Between Grace and Fury (2018). She has collaborated internationally with institutions like Synch Festival (Athens), Kunsthalle Muenster, and Kunsthalle Wien.
Academically affiliated with the Master Interior Architecture (INSIDE) program at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, Landré has taught Critical Inquiry in recent years. She advises organizations including the Culture Council Eindhoven, Municipality of Alkmaar, and CBK Rotterdam, emphasizing talent development and innovative cultural practices. Her work focuses on audience engagement and experimental co-creation models in contemporary art contexts.
