Dr. Alexandra Chapman is a Lecturer in Social Policy and Course Director for Social Policy at Ulster University's School of Applied Social and Policy Sc. Her work focuses on person-centered adult social care, social security transitions, and SDG-aligned policy in Northern Ireland.
Research Interests: Social policy reform, adult care provision, UK economic challenges, and SDG integration. She combines empirical studies with policy analysis to address systemic gaps in social services.
