Alexandr Cliucanov

Dr. Alexandr Cliucanov serves as a Professor and Principal scientific researcher at the Institute of Applied Physics, State University of Moldova, where he is permanently affiliated with the Semiconductor and Device Physics Laboratory "E. Pokatilov".

His core research spans semiconductor physics and device engineering, with emphasis on:

• Semiconductor material properties
• Electronic device fabrication
• Solid-state phenomena
• Nanomaterials for optoelectronics
• Photovoltaic systems
• Quantum device modeling
