Alexander Tahk is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with additional affiliations at the University of Wisconsin Law School and as Director of the Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership. His work bridges Bayesian statistics, political methodology, and empirical legal research, focusing on American politics, public opinion, and judicial behavior.

Scientific awards include the MIT award for outstanding undergraduate thesis in political science.
