Alexander Beecroft

Alexander Beecroft is the Jessie Chapman Alcorn Memorial Professor of Foreign Languages at the University of South Carolina, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures. His academic career spans roles including Secretary-Treasurer of the American Comparative Literature Association (2011–2019) and Director of the Program in Comparative Literature (2010–2016).
