Alessandra Osti is an Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law and Global Constitutional Law at the State University of Milan. She oversees the Migration and Human Rights project at Human Hall. Her research focuses on human rights protection, European Union Charter implementation, and constitutional law. She holds degrees from the University of Milan (Law, Doctorate in Constitutional Law) and an LL.M. from Exeter University (UK).

Her projects include initiatives on UN 2030 Agenda compliance, migrants' economic integration, and linguistic inclusiveness. She previously worked at Todarello & Partners Law Firm (2004–2008).
