Alessandra Giorgi is a Full Professor at the Department of Linguistics and Comparative Cultural Studies at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. She specializes in theoretical linguistics with a focus on syntax, pragmatics, and cross-linguistic comparison. Her research integrates formal syntactic theory with empirical studies on languages such as Italian, Armenian, and Romance varieties.
