Aleksandra Staszak is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Plant Physiology, Faculty of Biology, University of Białystok. Her research focuses on proteomics, seed biology, and plant physiology, particularly in tree species. She has held roles at the Institute of Dendrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences and completed her doctoral studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Key research interests include seed dormancy mechanisms, cryopreservation, and histology under low-temperature conditions. She has contributed to multiple national and international research projects, including studies on seed viability under climate change scenarios.
