Aleksandar Bozic is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences, University of Stavanger (UiS), affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences. His research focuses on social innovation, interorganizational collaboration, community-based social work, NGOs in welfare systems, migration studies, and school bullying prevention.

- Family group conferences as community-based interventions
- Civil society roles in post-conflict welfare systems
