Alejandro Lago

Alejandro Lago is a full Professor in the Department of Operations, Information and Technology at IESE Business School, part of the University of Navarra. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering (2000) and a Master of Engineering (1997) from University of California at Berkeley, and a degree in Civil Engineering (1995) from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. His academic and professional journey includes roles as a researcher at the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) and the Institute for Transport Studies (ITS), as well as consulting for industrial, distribution, airline, bank, and insurance companies.

His research focuses on the management of complex operational systems in industrial and service sectors.
