Dr. Alberto Vega is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) in Tarragona, Spain, where he conducts research in sustainable catalysis, renewable energies, and molecular medicine. His work contributes to ICIQ's mission of advancing chemical innovation for global sustainability challenges.

He earned his Ph.D. from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (Cinvestav-IPN) in Mexico City, Mexico, specializing in chemical sciences. His doctoral background provides foundational expertise for current interdisciplinary projects.
