Alberto Ortiz Rodríguez

Dr. Alberto Ortiz Rodríguez is a Full Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands, affiliated with the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. With over 170 publications in computer vision, mobile robotics, and machine learning, he leads cutting-edge research projects and collaborates with international institutions.

• PhD in Computer Science (2005) and Computer Engineering degree (1992) from UIB
• Teaches courses in Computer Control, Autonomous Smart Robots, and Computational Intelligence
• Current research focuses on computer vision, pattern recognition, and mobile robotics
