Alberta Di Giuli serves as Dean of ESCP Turin Campus and Professor of Finance at ESCP Business School, while also maintaining her position as a Research Member at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).
Education:
- MSc cum laude in Business Administration, specializing in Finance from Bocconi University
- PhD from Bocconi University
Professor Di Giuli's research focuses on ESG factors, climate finance, corporate governance structures, media influence on financial markets, and political connections in business. Her work examines how environmental, social, and governance considerations intersect with traditional financial decision-making processes and market behaviors, contributing to the evolving understanding of sustainable finance practices.
She actively contributes to academic discourse as a member of the organizing committee for the European Sustainable Finance PhD Workshop and the CCA-ESCP Financial Intermediation and Corporate Finance Workshop, while co-organizing the Annual Corporate Finance Workshop and Corporate Finance Webinar series with colleagues Jose Martin Flores and Arthur Romec.
