Albert Meijer

Albert Meijer is Professor of Public Innovation at Utrecht University, where he heads the Public Management Group. His research examines governance in digital societies, with particular focus on smart cities, open data, and public sector innovation. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of Information Polity and chairs the European Group for Public Administration's e-government study group.
