Dr. Albert Ball is a Visiting Professor at the Fisher School of Technology, Hodges University, Naples, Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and previously served as Dean of the Fisher School of Technology. Retired from the U.S. Navy, he has over 20 years of technology experience in roles such as network administration and database management. His research focuses on cyber security, integrating ethical and biblical principles into technology practice, privacy, and user behavior in digital environments.

Research interests emphasize cyber security’s moral and social implications, privacy risk management, and ethical stewardship in technology. He explores how users share personal information on platforms like social networks and e-learning systems, advocating for Christian principles in tech practices.
Publications highlight trends in privacy awareness, user intent studies, and network security protocols like IPv6. He serves on editorial boards for journals including the International Institute for Applied Knowledge Management Journal and the Review of Business Information Systems Journal.
