Her academic career emphasizes interdisciplinary research, combining phenomenology (e.g., Merleau-Ponty’s philosophy) with management studies to explore embodied experiences and organizational dynamics. Recent work examines spatial tactics in service environments, doctoral career paths, and temporal aspects of organizational power structures. Her publications span both French and English, reflecting international collaboration and diverse methodological approaches, including ethnography and qualitative analysis.
Albane’s research interests also include international career trajectories, cross-cultural management, and the epistemological foundations of management science. She actively engages in debates on post-doctoral pathways and the meta-narratives of academic experiences. Her work bridges theoretical contributions (e.g., time and power) with practical insights into contemporary organizational challenges.
While no specific grants or awards are listed, her involvement in research chairs and associations highlights her collaborative and applied research focus. She advises students through her academic role and contributes to shaping curricula in management education.
