Alba Marcos Delgado

Dr. Alba Marcos Delgado is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biomedical Sciences within the Faculty of Veterinary Science at the University of Leon. Her research focuses on Preventive Medicine and Public Health, particularly examining the interplay between physical activity, obesity, and sleep in relation to health-related quality of life for individuals with Metabolic Syndrome.
