Alan William Dougherty

Dr. Alan William Dougherty is a Lecturer at the School of Computing and Data Science, University of Hong Kong. He holds an MEng in Electronic Engineering from King’s College London (2013) and a PhD from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2019), where he received the prestigious Hong Kong PhD Fellowship.
