Dr. Alan Rossner is a Professor and Associate Director for Education at Clarkson University, affiliated with the Department of Biology and the Institute for a Sustainable Environment. He directs the Environmental Science and Sustainability undergraduate program and holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Health from McGill University.
His research focuses on human exposure assessment to hazardous chemicals, with emphasis on air sampling methodologies and environmental monitoring. Current projects investigate:

- Exposure assessment strategies for occupational settings
- Indoor/outdoor air contaminant relationships
