With over 30 years of experience in forest industry R&D, he has held leadership roles in strategic technologies and product development across companies like Crown Zellerbach and Norbord Inc.
His expertise focuses on technology-driven business solutions, including FPInnovations' Forestry 4.0 initiative—a transformative framework integrating real-time data analytics, IoT-enabled forest monitoring (Internet of Forests), smart harvesting systems, and adaptive supply chain management. This initiative aims to modernize Canada's forest value chain through data-driven decision-making.
