Alan Gallay is the Lyndon B. Johnson Chair in American History and Professor at Texas Christian University, where he also serves as Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of History within the AddRan College of Liberal Arts. Gallay holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from the University of Florida.
